Matt
I started programming in BASIC at the age of 9 on my first computer, a Commodore 64. I started making simple websites when I was 15 and was doing them for years as a freelancer.
I moved to Ireland in 2006 and I kept working on and improving my development skills.
In 2016, I decided to transform my programming and business development knowledge into a business and started my company Revolution.
Since then I’ve worked in many capacities with start-ups, as a developer, team leader or consultant/strategist.
Seeing multiple niches for business process automation applications, I co-founded HandyApps. I love new technologies, so I launched Blockchain Extraordinaire, which explores possibilities offered by blockchain and Web3, but web development remains my passion.

Michael
My journey into the world of marketing began during my studies at Jagiellonian University, where I quickly discovered a passion for crafting creative ideas and impactful campaigns. For over 6 years, I’ve been helping brands grow through tailored strategies, working with clients across diverse industries. This hands-on experience has taught me how to step into their shoes and build concepts that truly resonate.
As a certified Google Ads expert, I thrive on driving measurable results across both Google and Meta platforms. I believe in creativity backed by data, and I love the challenge of turning insights into performance.
Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me on the football pitch, running trails, or at the gym - sports have been a part of my life since I was six. I’m also passionate about cooking, and I’m always exploring new sounds through music.
Tima
With over a decade of hands-on experience in project management, I’ve built my career on driving results and leading teams to success. My journey has taken me from team manager roles-where I was responsible for overseeing single teams and coordinating small-scale projects, to large operations in the role of Group Manager for a Social media giant.
During my time as a Group Manager, I developed a strong ability to manage cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and deliver complex projects on time and within budget. This experience sharpened my leadership and project management skills. That's where I learned that Project Management and process implementation is my passion. I joined Revolution 2 years ago and was able to assist in shaping Revolution and Skale Digital.
At Skale Digital, I continue to leverage these skills by managing digital projects and strategic initiatives that help clients achieve measurable growth. My approach is always goal-oriented and structured, combining lean thinking with practical execution to ensure every project delivers real value.
My academic background from University College Cork in Commerce and Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt from the University of Limerick has further supported my professional development, equipping me with the knowledge and vision to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

My path to becoming Head of Creative at Skale Digital / Revolution was preceded by over 20 years of experience in graphic design, website development, and e-commerce management.
My motto is: always see the big picture, and I think I'm good at it. What helps me in this holistic approach to tasks and projects is the use of all my life experience, including my interest in philosophy and many areas of artistic activity, covering graphic arts, children's book illustration, music, video production, animation, and a passion for literature and storytelling.
From a large conceptual project to a marketing campaign, there is always a story to tell, and the user is meant to become a part of it.
